Shipping and Processing Time
All orders are dispatched within five business days, except weekends or public holidays. All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
United States
All the U.S. orders are shipped via USPS from New York. We are currently offering free shipping for orders over $65. For order below $65, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are price references:
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 - 6.99 (Estimated delivery time: 5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: $6.99 - 9.99 (Estimated delivery time: 3 business days)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fluffy Joy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Fluffy Joy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
